How long does setup take?
5 business days from the time you complete the onboarding questionnaire. Pro plan clients get priority 48-hour setup. We handle everything — you just answer a 15-minute form about your business and we do the rest.
What do I need to do during setup?
Just complete the onboarding form — about 15 minutes of your time. We ask about your services, pricing, hours, top customer questions, and brand tone. After that, we build everything and notify you when you're live.
Do I need any technical skills?
None. HaloAI CRM is fully managed. We set up the AI, connect your channels, and configure everything. Your job is to run your business and check your dashboard occasionally. No coding, no configuration, no learning curve.
What is the $500 setup fee for?
It covers our team's time to build your AI Employee from scratch — writing your conversation scripts, configuring your lead qualification flow, connecting all your communication channels, integrating your calendar, and running a live test before we flip the switch. It's not a template — it's custom-built for your business.

Pricing & Contracts

Is there a contract or minimum commitment?
No contract. Month-to-month only. Cancel anytime with 30 days notice. We earn your business every single month — if it's not working, you're not locked in.
Can I upgrade from Starter to Pro?
Yes, anytime. We'll prorate the difference for the current month. Most clients start on Starter and upgrade after 30 days once they see the ROI clearly. The monthly strategy call and SMS campaigns alone tend to justify the Pro price.
What are the SMS limits?
Starter includes 1,500 outbound SMS/month. Pro includes 5,000. Most local businesses — even active ones — don't hit the Starter limit. Additional SMS cost $0.01 each if you go over.
Do you have multi-location pricing?
Yes. Each location is a separate account. For businesses with 3+ locations, contact us for volume pricing — we discount significantly for multi-location setups.

How does the AI Employee respond to leads?
When a lead contacts you from any connected channel (SMS, webchat, Google Business, Facebook), the AI replies within 90 seconds with a natural, personalized message. It qualifies the lead with a few targeted questions, answers common inquiries, and guides toward booking — all in conversational SMS format without sounding robotic.
What if the AI can't answer a question?
If a lead asks something outside the AI's trained knowledge, it gracefully hands off: "That's a great question — let me have someone from our team reach out to you directly." You get a notification for any conversation that needs a human touch. The AI never guesses or gives wrong information.
How does the review request work?
When you mark a job or appointment as complete in the dashboard, HaloAI automatically sends a personalized SMS to the customer with a direct link to your Google Business Profile review page. The timing is configurable — most clients send it 2 hours after job completion. Clients average 94 new Google reviews in their first 60 days.
Can the AI book appointments directly into my calendar?
Yes. We integrate HaloAI with your scheduling system — Google Calendar, Calendly, or most major booking platforms. The AI confirms availability in real time and books the appointment without any back-and-forth.
